In general the staff where excellant and attentive. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to Museum Co. I ate in the indoor restaurant nearby. The whole experience was very nice from start to finish, recommend.

Very clean and the staff was very very helpful. Room was big enough, there was a spacious bathroom. Exceptional breakfast, outstanding service. Facilities were BRAND NEW too.

unbeatable location and absolutely exceptional restaurant staff. the rooms in the hotel were pretty big. the safe area was good for walking around. it was close to stores and a market. we had complimentary breakfast plus efficient service.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a port. Amazing design, comfortable beds. Taste the food in Coast Restaurant, you only need to walk 700 feet to reach it. We enjoyed the fact that we chose hyatt regency vancouver.
